They are looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Key Worker who is eager to learn, grow, and potentially progress into management in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Delivering high-quality educational activities to meet individual needs of children
  • Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development
  • Supporting the key children and building strong relationships with parents
  • Maintaining accurate observations and assessments of children's progress
  • Promoting children's personal, social, and emotional development
  • Working alongside the team to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere

Key Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
  • Knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
