About the Nursery:Our client's Private Day Nursery is a close-knit, family-run business where everyone is valued and supported. They are looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Key Worker who is eager to learn, grow, and potentially progress into management in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & Delivering high-quality educational activities to meet individual needs of children
- Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development
- Supporting the key children and building strong relationships with parents
- Maintaining accurate observations and assessments of children's progress
- Promoting children's personal, social, and emotional development
- Working alongside the team to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere
Key Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about working with young children and providing high-quality care
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as you grow into a potential management role
