About the Role:
As an Early Career Teacher, you will be supported in your development and given the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students. We are seeking ECTs in all subject areas who are ready to embrace challenges, develop their teaching skills, and contribute to the ongoing success of the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging lessons in your subject area
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Developing and implementing individual learning plans
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality education

- Building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff
About You:
- A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) or in the process of completing your training
- Passionate about education and making a difference in students' lives
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally
- Adaptable and able to work in a variety of school settings
