Outdoor Early Years Practitioner - Horsforth

Are you passionate about working with young children and love spending time outdoors? We are looking for an enthusiastic Outdoor Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Horsorth. Whether you're interested in a full-time or part-time role, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support outdoor play and learning experiences for children aged 2-5 years.
  • Foster a love for nature and the outdoors through fun, engaging, and educational activities.
  • Promote children's physical, emotional, and social development in a natural, outdoor environment.
  • Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
  • Work closely with the team to create an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
  • A love for the outdoors and a passion for encouraging children's development through outdoor activities.
  • Experience working with young children in an early years setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A commitment to promoting the well-being of children and creating a safe environment.
