Integra Education is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a committed team of educators in providing 1:1 support to a pupil. This distinctive role is set on a beautiful, scenic farm, offering a nurturing and enriching learning environment tailored to the student's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized 1:1 support to the pupil, while collaborating effectively with a team of teachers.
  • Engaging in hands-on work at the farm from Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 08:30 till 15:30.
  • Preparing and organizing learning spaces to ensure smooth lesson transitions.
  • Skilled in providing valuable support to the lead teacher whenever needed

Requirements:

  • Essential: Prior experience working with SEN pupils
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to own transport
  • Strong passion for the outdoors
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting the pupil's diverse needs
  • Preferred: Previous experience with portfolio work
