Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a dynamic role that offers variety and the opportunity to make a real difference? We are looking for enthusiastic practitioners to work across multiple nurseries in the Leeds area, providing essential support where it's needed most.
About the Role: As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting nurseries across Leeds. You'll be a vital part of each nursery's team, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for young children. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy setting and is ready to get stuck in from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Support nursery staff with the daily running of the setting
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5
- Engage and interact with children, contributing to their emotional, physical, and social development
- Work closely with the nursery team to ensure the smooth running of the room
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Follow nursery policies, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a busy Early Years environment
- A proactive attitude-someone who can get involved and support the team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different nurseries
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
