Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a dynamic role that offers variety and the opportunity to make a real difference? We are looking for enthusiastic practitioners to work across multiple nurseries in the Leeds area, providing essential support where it's needed most.

About the Role: As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting nurseries across Leeds. You'll be a vital part of each nursery's team, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for young children. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy setting and is ready to get stuck in from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Support nursery staff with the daily running of the setting
  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5
  • Engage and interact with children, contributing to their emotional, physical, and social development
  • Work closely with the nursery team to ensure the smooth running of the room
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Follow nursery policies, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a busy Early Years environment
  • A proactive attitude-someone who can get involved and support the team
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different nurseries
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
