We’re currently looking to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in South Leeds. This is a long term, full time position to start as soon as possible. The school have a dedicated senior leadership team who are passionate about supporting and developing their staff team.
Our teaching assistants’ duties can include:
- General classroom support
- Supporting pupils in small groups
- Providing intervention support
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience supporting children in a school or nursery setting
- A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
- Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
- A relevant level 2 qualification
- High expectations of achievement and behaviour
