What we're looking for:

Experience working with children in EYFS (desirable but not essential)
A passion for supporting children's learning and development in a play-based environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when engaging with young children
Patience, creativity, and a positive and nurturing approach
A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
