We are seeking a Teaching Assistant for an EYFS role in Leeds, available as either part-time or full-time. This role requires a good understanding of phonics-based learning programs to support early literacy and language development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of phonics programs to enhance early reading and literacy skills
  • Assist in creating an engaging and structured EYFS learning environment
  • Work with small groups and one-to-one to support children's early development
  • Encourage learning through play and interactive activities
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive, inclusive environment
Requirements:
