What we're looking for:
- Experience supporting pupils in KS1 (Years 1 & 2), either in a classroom or other educational setting
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with pupils, teachers, and parents
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive and proactive approach
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
