About the Role:
- Position: Social, Emotional, Mental Health Support Assistant
- Location: Leeds
- Hours: Full-time (Part-time options available for the right candidate)
- Pay: Generous weekly pay with no hidden costs
- Contract: Full-time role with the potential to secure a contract with the school.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (whether personal or professional). Experience in SEMH settings is highly desirable.
- Transferable Skills: We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with backgrounds in Care, Sports, Psychology, or similar fields, as these skills can be incredibly beneficial in this role.
- Qualities: We're looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and can provide the emotional and social support needed to help students manage their feelings and behaviours.
