Major IT & Digital are delighted to be working with a leading fintech businesses in the Leeds / Bradford area.

You will be working for a well-established business with over 10 years industry experience, achieving a UK turnover in excess of £25m with continued growth and expansion plans in both the UK and Internationally.

The role

You will be working on the Project Delivery Team and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across my clients business.

You will define requirements, map processes, critically evaluate and support solution design whilst supporting projects from the outset.

You will also have industry experience and would suit someone from a finance, legal or fintech background that thrives on a project focussed approach and experienced working in a fast paced environment.

The person

  • At least 5+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst working on in-house projects specifically around process improvement and organisation change within a client facing capacity
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define requirements, prioritise and be responsible for their traceability throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Ability to document ‘AS IS’ process maps, identifying interconnections and dependencies and critically evaluate processes and provide thought leadership in the creation of ‘to be’ process solutions
  • Ability to perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage from requirements gathering through to delivery of the change
  • Ability to maintain and build on internal and external relationships across the business whilst engaging with a wide variety of subject matter experts and software development teams
  • Able to provide high quality outputs including requirements catalogue and Visio process flows
  • Analytical thinker and a strong problem solver
