As a Residential Home Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage a medium-sized residential care home with a new dementia unit.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
- Support and develop a passionate and energetic team.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to all residents.
- Utilise electronic care plan/tracker systems effectively.
- Collaborate with the management team to uphold best care practices.
