Home Manager required for a large residential and dementia care home in the Leeds area.

Bright Selection is recruiting a Home Manager for a highly regarded dementia care provider in the North of England. This is an excellent opportunity to lead an experienced and passionate team supported by the organisations one family approach to care.

This modern purpose built care home offers residential and dementia care with a state of the art care environment. The home has an excellent local reputation receiving excellent feedback from residents, families and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of care that meets the needs of each resident.
  • Manage resources and adhere to agreed budgets.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead an effective team of care staff.
  • Actively promote the home within the local community while maintaining private bed occupancy and supporting corporate marketing efforts.
  • Ensure the smooth running of essential support services, including catering, laundry, cleaning, and property maintenance.
  • Ensure full compliance with Company, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Statutory Requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Management experience within an elderly dementia care setting.
  • A full, valid driving licence.

Salary:

  • c£60,000pa DOSE
  • 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
