Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Time Recruitment is excited to partner with a progressive care provider, renowned for delivering exceptional care across over 20 homes in the North of England and Scotland. Our client is known for their excellence in nursing, residential, and dementia care.

We are currently seeking a Regional Support Manager or an experienced Home Manager ready to advance to a regional role. This position involves supporting care homes in the Yorkshire region, particularly those needing improvements, covering management absences, and assisting during the recruitment of new permanent managers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring care teams are well-trained and delivering outstanding person-centred care.

Regional Support Manager Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of nursing homes within your remit, ensuring smooth departmental functions and high care standards.

- Lead and motivate a dedicated team, providing guidance to ensure the delivery of person-centred care.

- Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.

- Monitor and enhance the quality of care provided, implementing necessary improvements.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff.

- Manage care homes in the absence of managers and support necessary improvements.

Regional Support Manager Requirements:

- Minimum of two years' experience in Home Management or Regional Management.

- Strong understanding of person-centred care principles and a commitment to high care standards.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
