Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Mainly covering Leeds
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £36,000 to £40,000
We are looking for an experienced Electrical bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position mainly based in the Leeds area.
This position will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance mainly for Student Accommodation in the Leeds are as well as a couple of other commercial sites
This Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be working as part of a team of engineers in the area. We need this maintenance engineer to be level 3 qualified with 18th Edition. It would be a major advantage if this person had test and inspect
Requirements
- Strong background in Commercial Electrical Maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a short commute to Leeds
- Experience working on student accommodation would be an advantage
- Level 3 electrical qualifications with 18th Edition
- Test and inspection would be a bonus but not essential
- Experience in building services maintenance
