Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased) to join their dynamic team in Leeds.

Working in a fast-paced, high-output facility, you'll play a key role in keeping production smooth, safe, and efficient.

What you'll be doing:

  • Diagnosing and fixing electrical/mechanical faults across moulding and assembly equipment
  • Carrying out TPM and supporting production teams
  • Validating new machinery and driving automation improvements
  • Leading fault analysis, repairs, and upgrades
  • Using QMS tools (Q-Pulse, Microsoft apps) to keep things traceable and auditable

What you'll need:

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, TPM & fault diagnosis
  • Hands-on background in injection moulding, robotics or rotational assembly (a bonus!)
  • Proactive mindset, solid team player, and safety-first attitude
