Hours Mon – Friday daytime
A genuinely superb & quite unique opportunity for an Electrical Project Engineer to join a company during a period a growth, investment and modernisation.
The Person:
- Degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience of working with HV or HVAP qualification would be helpful.
- Compex qualification would be preferable or working knowledge of ATEX environments would be useful.
The Job:
- Reporting into the Engineering Manager, lead and manage projects to modernise and improve the plant, in particular the HV and LV Networks.
- Assist with electrical design specifications, schematics, and drawings. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment. Provide technical guidance and support to personnel and contractors.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Provide technical guidance and support, training and foster professional development with production and maintenance employees.
