Our client is a leader in delivering cutting-edge renewable solutions for the clients they work with.Your new roleWith a surge in new projects and ambitious growth plans, our client is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the Commercial Projects division. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of (CDM) regulations and strong electrical expertise. Ideal for professionals with a Mechanical & Electrical background who have successfully managed large-scale commercial contracts.What you'll need to succeedJob duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial M&E projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Implement efficient project management processes.
- Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, including Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations, and maintain rigorous health and safety standards.
- Implement and refine processes to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with M&E projects, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
