Parkinson Gray Associates is the leading recruitment agency servicing the building services sector in the Yorkshire region. As part of their continuity plans, our Client has engaged us to assist them with recruiting an MEP Pre-Construction Manager.
Our Client is a well-known, long-standing building services contractor based in West Yorkshire. They have a diverse portfolio of Clients, both end users and main builders, across various sectors, from retail and commercial fit-out to leisure. They work on projects both regionally and nationally.
As the pre-construction Manager, you will connect the commercial and design elements of our Clients workloads. You will work alongside their design and estimating departments to ensure Clients receive the service they require and deliver within their budget. The role will be mostly office-based but with regular visits to the site.
We are looking for an experienced building services professional for this position. Ideally, you will have some form of higher education. However, our Client will not overlook a suitable Candidate who is more experience-based. Whilst you will likely be biased towards electrical or mechanical services, you must oversee both M and E. Therefore, you will need experience of both disciples.
