We are seeking an Electrician to join us on our new Facilities Management Contract working mobile across Yorkshire County. GRAHAM FM will provide services related to both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of facilities in relation to mechanical and electrical assets, building fabric, roofing, roller shutter doors, fire alarm systems and domestic gas boilers.

Hours Per Week:Monday - Friday 40 Hours
Job Type: Permanent /Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
Execute reactive and planned electrical repairs and installations as directed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Represent GRAHAM with professionalism in all client interactions, delivering excellent and courteous service.
Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats in a timely manner.
Utilize issued electronic devices to efficiently record and complete work tasks.
Resolve complex electrical issues proactively, including sourcing parts and seeking technical support.
Adhere to the highest levels of health & safety, performing point-of-work risk assessments to ensure safe practices.
Provide regular out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
