This is an Excellent opportunity for a Power Electronics Engineer to join a well-established company where you can work on novel, challenging, technical projects and make a huge impact on the business.

This company has been around for over 30 years designing and producing bespoke control systems. They also work on developing a number of products for challenging environments, they are experts in understanding how challenging environments affect complex machinery and design effective solutions to overcome this.

In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing AC/DC and DC/DC power converters. You will produce PCB Layouts and Schematics, provide support for testing and assembly and provide electrical equipment wiring diagrams, BOMs and associated documentations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role including working with AC/DC and DC/DC converters. You will have experience working with high power / voltage and associated safety measures and experience with test tools (Oscilloscopes, DMM etc.).

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Power Electronics Engineer to join an innovative company in a highly technical and varied role.

The Role:
*Design and develop AC/DC and DC/DC power converters
*Produce PCB Layouts and Schematics
*Provide electrical equipment wiring diagrams, BOMs and associated documentations
*Based onsite in Leeds with some flexibility to WFH

The Person:
*Proven experience in a similar role including working with AC/DC and DC/DC converters
*Experience working with high power / voltage and associated safety measures
*Experience with test tools (Oscilloscopes, DMM etc.)
*Must be commutable to Leeds, sponsorship is unfortunately not available
