Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established Design Consultancy based in Leeds, who are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their ever-growing team. Our client specialises within the Commercial, Residential and Conservation sector, assisting their clients throughout the whole process.

Their spike in recruitment stems from a healthy pipeline of repeat business and influx of upcoming projects, therefore they are seeking an ambitious individual who has the ability to hit the ground running and have an excellent knowledge of local planning and building regulations. Architectural Technician / Technologist Job Overview

  • Producing high quality technical drawings
  • Liaising with clients and other consultancy
  • Working on a variety of refurbishments and new builds of Commercial, Residential and Conservation projects
  • Working projects from inception through to completion
  • Use AutoCAD and Revit on a daily basis


Architectural Technician / Technologist Job Requirements

  • Relevant Degree qualified
  • 2 years+ post qualification experience
  • Proficient working with AutoCAD, Revit experience preferred
  • Experience working on a variety of Residential and Commercial projects
  • Excellent tenure
  • Must have outstanding knowledge of building regulations
  • Live in a commutable distance of Leeds
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
