Working hours: 06:00-16:00 Monday to Thursday

About the job:

  • Interpret and work from production tickets to ensure accurate specifications.
  • Prepare panels and handles, ensuring all specifications align with the production ticket.
  • Visually inspect finished products to guarantee 100% accuracy—right first time, every time.
  • Identify and remove any flaws, recording necessary data and informing the Technical Lead Operatives.
  • Monitor scrap/yield and report regularly.
  • Work with the team to overcome assembly line issues and boost productivity.
  • Keep a clean, safe working environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations.


About you:

  • Previous experience in embroidery is essential.
  • Experience with Happy Embroidery and Tajima machines is a plus (training will be provided).
  • A proactive, flexible approach to handling day-to-day tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
