Our client, based in Leeds, is currently recruiting for an ER Advisor on a temporary contract, which can be as long as 3 months. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of employee relations case management.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing ER casework including grievances, absence, disciplinaries, AWOL, performance management etc.
- Ensuring employee relation management is applied fairly and consistently
- Demonstrating current employment law knowledge as a strong backbone to your approach
- Running employment law updates with HR managers and upskilling them and operational managers on dealing with employee relations casework
- Supporting employment related projects as needs be
Experience required:
- Experience of handling employee relations cases for at least 2 years
- To handle cases efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance
Working hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am-5:30pm
