Our client is an established organisation recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Coordinator to join their team based in Leeds.
Your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, offering technical support and knowledge to a wide customer base.
About the role:
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Offering troubleshooting and technical assistance over the phone to resolve queries on site.
- Generating detailed quotes and technical drawings with a high level of accuracy
- Managing orders with overseas suppliers and coordinating with customers to ensure timely delivery.
- Converting quotes into orders by reaching out to customers and generating new leads by phone.
About you
- Proven experience in a technical role.
- Excellent administration knowledge and experience
- Confident, friendly with excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn new products quickly and be technically minded.
