In this role, you will collaborate with the team to enhance external engagement, ensuring that local authority and regional stakeholder plans align with the investment programs. You will seek opportunities to maximize the value of the investments, support the creation of Local Area Energy Plans (LAEPs), and ensure effective data exchange on regional decarbonization with key parties. Additionally, you will assess and reconcile energy forecasts, and use regional intelligence to refine our investment forecasts and delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a NetZero Planning Engineer/Sustainability Engineer to join a long-standing Electrical Distribution company to help facilitate their growth.

The Role:

- Collaborate to align local authority plans with our investment programs and enhance external engagement.
- Maximize investment value through supporting Local Area Energy Plans (LAEPs) and regional decarbonization efforts.
- Ensure effective data exchange and refine investment forecasts using regional intelligence.

The Person:

- Understanding of Power systems design and operation
- Knowledge of Electrical distribution equipment
- Play an integral part in a business that is going through significant growth within the energy sector
