Geo-Environmental Engineer

Are you a Geo-Environmental Engineer with on-site experience, eager to enhance your consultancy and technical delivery skills in contaminated land, remediation, or geotechnics?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic engineering and environmental consultancy based in central Leeds, known for delivering structural, civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering services, as well as highways and transport planning solutions.

As a Geo-Environmental Engineer, you will manage brownfield development projects across Yorkshire from inception to completion. Your role will involve overseeing ground investigations, developing expertise in technical delivery, project management, scoping, and bidding. You will prepare a variety of technical reports, including Phase 1 and Phase 2 assessments, remediation strategies, risk assessments, geotechnical evaluations, foundation design recommendations, and waste/material management plans.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
* Honours degree in geology, engineering geology, geotechnics, geo-environmental engineering, or a related geo-science discipline.
* Experience managing UK ground investigations, including logging and sampling.
* Reporting experience is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
* Full UK driving licence.
