A new opportunity has opened up for a motivated Geo-Environmental Engineer to join a growing team based in the Leeds/Bradford area. This role offers the unique chance to work closely with the director on a wide range of challenging geo-environmental projects. As part of a small team, you'll have the opportunity for significant influence and responsibility early on, being able to learn directly from seasoned experts and fast-track your development.

As a Geo-Environmental Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in all technical phases of projects while also enhancing your commercial and client facing skills.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting desk studies and site walkovers
  • Performing ground investigations and land quality assessments
  • Preparing interpretive reports and risk assessments
  • Designing and validating remediation strategies

Requirements:

  • A degree in geology, engineering geology, geotechnics, geo-environmental engineering, or a related geoscience field
