THE ROLE

Due to continued success, this agency is looking for an Event Project Coordinator to join their team and support the project management team across a range of projects to ensure effective delivery of tasks.  

Key responsibilities will include;

-    Project administration - (Excel spreadsheets - pivot tables, formulas etc.) meeting agendas, contact reports, diary management, project related client contact

-    Effectively learn and manage project management systems and inputs to include expenses, timesheets, costs into budgets etc

-    Arrange and attend internal and external meetings for project catch ups where required

-    Liaising with internal teams and key stake holders

-    Create and manage appropriate project documentation including furniture lists, items for storage following de-rig, meeting agendas etc

-    Management of deliveries, couriers and post

-    Arrange bookings, crew and travel bookings etc. as required by team

-    Some budget management and responsibility

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Event Project Coordinator role we are looking for candidates that come from an events, exhibitions, experiential or production background ideally. It is important that you are motivated, confident and highly professional individual capable of working on your own initiative and within the team.

This role requires strong office administration skills (Word, Excel etc.) with experience of spreadsheets, ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
