The role will involve providing a concierge service to clients for travel and accommodation, managing bookings, and producing detailed itineraries. You'll also handle administrative tasks, data entry, and event logistics, acting as an extension of the client's internal team.

This role focuses heavily on data management and system use, requiring you to work with a bespoke CRM platform that helps manage and organize event and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing travel bookings and producing itineraries
  • Accurate data entry into CRM systems
  • Delegate management and inbox monitoring
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth event and travel logistics
  • Coordinating event logistics and assisting the wider team
  • Ensuring compliance with client-driven SLAs
  • Supporting financial management tasks
  • Reporting MI data to clients

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Sage200, Salesforce) and data entry is essential
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems is beneficial
