Our client, a high-end hospitality and events operator, is looking for a passionate Regional Wedding & Events Manager with solid hands-on operational experience. With an impressive portfolio of iconic venues based across the country, you will be responsible for running unforgettable weddings and events across their Yorkshire estate.
As Weddings & Events Manager, you will be fully responsible for the end-to-end on-the-day operation of functions, weddings and events and will also support other aspects of the business. As a key face of the business, you will enjoy the buzz of leadership of running weddings and will need a hands-on, organised and friendly approach - all whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction and quality standards are high.
Required Experience:
- 2 years' minimum up to date experience as Wedding & Events Manager in a similar establishment running weddings end-to-end
- A strong communicator with experience of leading, motivating, and developing a team of different personalities, levels of creativity and skill sets.
- Strong financial knowledge departmental Profit & Loss (GPs, revenue, quality control) and the impact it has on the business
