Trainee Events Sales Manager

Job Overview:We are seeking a small number of individuals to join our dynamic team at Aquirity for the Trainee Events Sales Manager opportunity we have. We are looking for candidates who provide exceptional customer service, have a drive for sales growth and a go-getter attitude! The ideal candidate will effectively progress from a trainee to a Events Sales Manager position within 8-12 months. They will also have entrepreneurial qualities and have a strong mind to grow as an individual and a business mentality.In a market flooded with start-up sales and marketing companies, this opportunity stands out! No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided by our experienced directors and industry experts.

Duties:

-Managing customer service, sales, and public relations.-Endorsing and promoting a range of product brands and services.-Utilising taught sales and marketing strategies to encourage customer sales.-Building rapport with customers and thoroughly explaining the sales process to retain post-sale retention.-Following this, candidates will progress towards a management position by developing skills in the areas of:-Interviewing and recruitment. HR and administration.-Finance and accounts.-Campaign and client management.-Team management.

Skills:

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers- Multilingual abilities are advantageous- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively- Demonstrated fantastic etiquette when dealing with customer inquiries- Organisational skills to maintain a neat and orderly sales environment - Ability to sell products or services persuasively- Leadership skills to enhance within the trainee programme
