Job Description: * Working closely with the General Manager and the homeworking team * Quality checking all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations* Processing and chasing tickets* Confirmation/cancellation invoice check and send* Correct and amend existing bookings* After sales including processing refunds* Assisting in the loading of bookings at busy sales periods.* Responding to email queries from customers and our homeworking team members* Oversee balance reports and collate staff sales and incentive payments* Assisting the General Manager with adhoc business tasks and projects.
Experience Required: * At least 1 year travel industry experience * Strong administration skills * Organised * Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as in a team * PC Literate and ability to use reservations and website booking systems * A very strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
The Package: * Flexible working hours available* Salary up to £23k, DOE
