Fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide support to two Partners and line manage a PA and an Office Administrator at a successful and growing company.

Salary: £36,0000 + fantastic benefits package and 25 days holiday.

Hybrid working: 4 days working in the office and 1 day from home.

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Executive Assistant/Office Manager duties:

  • Diary management for both Partners
  • Inbox management for both Partners.
  • Preparing the Partners for meetings.
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes or notes, forwarding action points and next steps, including Minute taking at leadership meetings.
  • Booking travel arrangements for meetings.
  • Raising invoices and purchase orders.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Line managing a PA and Office Administrator - conducing 1-1 meetings, supporting their personal development, conducting appraisals, coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly - dealing with any Health & Safety, facilities issues, organising events for the office, liaising with suppliers, liaising with the Finance team, conducting inductions for new starters.
  • Providing support to other departments if needed.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous Executive Assistant or PA experience.
  • Have previous line management experience including conducting 1-1 meetings, coaching mentoring, appraisals.
  • Have office management experience.
  • Have inbox management experience.
  • Be able to take minutes or notes in meetings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • A good eye for detail.
  • Be calm under pressure and a positive role model.
  • Able to use your initiative.
  • Good MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
