Executive Assistant - Greater Leeds Based - Onsite Parking, Hybrid and Flexible - 40,000 - 48,0000 DoE

LWR are exclusively partnering with an innovative Cleantech organisation in Leeds for an Executive Assistant to join the team. This fast-growing company are developing a technology that will positively impact the course of climate action and are seeking an ambitious individual to provide integral support to the CEO and wider Executive team. This role requires a highly skilled Executive Assistant, someone who can bring their expertise to influence the senior team and be a true pillar of collaboration across the company. Strength in character is essential; confidence and proactivity, and the ability to upward manage and offer a supervisory presence in the office as an extension of the Executive team. We are seeking a minimum of 5+ years' experience within a PA/EA role at C-Suite level.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage complex diaries, prioritising time for both UK and international schedules.
  • Liaise with global stakeholders, including company directors, government departments, and investors.
  • Conduct research and compile data to prepare briefings for meetings (conferences, events, presentations etc.)
  • Recording meeting minutes and producing detailed actions. You will be highly proactive with this, ensuring deadlines are followed to achieve all actions.
  • Organise international travel and meetings, managing logistics and varying time zones.
  • Provide upward management of the CEO, managing his time and being aware of all his priorities, actions, and movements with regular communication updates.
  • Take ownership of organisational improvements, including reviewing existing systems and process. You will be proactive in offering ideas and suggestions and provide comprehensive plans to implement change.
  • Hold a supervisory role in the office in the absence of the Executive team, and some general office management tasks will also be involved in this role.

This role offers huge scope for the right person; it is a fluid and evolving environment and will suit a 'hands on' Executive Assistant. You will have strong ethics and sound judgement and will enjoy working collaboratively within a focused and intelligent team of individuals.
