We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our C-suite team in Leeds. This role is essential to our leadership team, providing executive support, handling high-level administrative tasks, and assisting with core HR administration.
You must have years of experience as an EA at C-SUITE Level. In addition, you will also have had exposure to basic HR admin.

Description
Executive Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the CEO and other C-suite executives, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Act as a liaison between the C-suite and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient follow-ups.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Profile
Executive Assistant - Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or senior-level management.
- Background in HR administration or an understanding of HR processes is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
