About the Role

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnered with RAM Tracking, a leading provider of vehicle tracking solutions, to recruit for a newly created Executive Assistant position. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the C-Suite team (6 members) while ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and C-Suite Team.
  • Manage complex diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Preparation of detailed PowerPoint presentations for a variety of meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Responsibility for health & safety
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers as needed.

Project & Communication Support

  • Assist with business projects, research, and data analysis.
  • Support internal communications, drafting emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Help implement company-wide initiatives and process improvements.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, with Office Management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, senior-level support role.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
