Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with experience supporting senior executives?  Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a growing business in Leeds Centre who are seeking a skilled and dedicated Temporary Executive Assistant to join the team to support for 12 weeks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while providing high-level administrative support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Organise and coordinate office operations and procedures.

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders on behalf of executives.

  • Perform general administrative duties as required to support senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • High proficiency in MS Office and other office software.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

  • Professional, discreet, and approachable.
