Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with experience supporting senior executives? Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a growing business in Leeds Centre who are seeking a skilled and dedicated Temporary Executive Assistant to join the team to support for 12 weeks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while providing high-level administrative support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Organise and coordinate office operations and procedures.
-
Liaise with clients and stakeholders on behalf of executives.

Perform general administrative duties as required to support senior leadership.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

High proficiency in MS Office and other office software.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Professional, discreet, and approachable.
