Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Organize and prioritize complex schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare materials, agendas, and take notes, ensuring follow-up on actions.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for all three executives.
  • Project Support: Assist on key projects, providing essential support and contributing where needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Office Management Duties: Occasionally support with office management tasks and event planning.

Profile

  • Extensive EA experience: You must have years experience as an Executive Assistant
  • C-Level Support Experience: Previous experience supporting at the executive level is essential
  • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and act without needing direction.
  • Background in Fast-Paced Environments: We need someone who can thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
