We combine traditional methods with state-of-the-art weaving looms, to create a breathable and FR chemical free sleeping surface.
We are seeking a Process Operative to join the Weaving Department, based in our Head Office site, The Innovation Centre, Beeston Leeds.
Hiring Manager:Textiles Production Manager
Hours: Monday Wednesday 6am 6pm and Thursday 6am 12pm.
Reporting into the Weaving Manager, the process Operative will be fully trained in-house on all aspects of the Weaving role with opportunities to progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the efficient running of all looms within the weaving department by ensuring that the looms are only operated in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
- Assist in the maintenance of a safe working environment
- Oversee deliveries received into the department
- Assist in the maintenance of cleaning the shop floor
- Assist with working on take-offs for the Sanforiser
- Carry our routine tests of the boiler on the Sanforiser
- Maintain the Yarn stock, replenishing stock that is low
- Any other duties deemed necessary.

- FLT License (desirable but not essential)
