We combine traditional methods with state-of-the-art weaving looms, to create a breathable and FR chemical free sleeping surface.

We are seeking a Process Operative to join the Weaving Department, based in our Head Office site, The Innovation Centre, Beeston Leeds.

Hiring Manager:Textiles Production Manager

Hours: Monday Wednesday 6am 6pm and Thursday 6am 12pm.

Reporting into the Weaving Manager, the process Operative will be fully trained in-house on all aspects of the Weaving role with opportunities to progress.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the efficient running of all looms within the weaving department by ensuring that the looms are only operated in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a safe working environment
  • Oversee deliveries received into the department
  • Assist in the maintenance of cleaning the shop floor
  • Assist with working on take-offs for the Sanforiser
  • Carry our routine tests of the boiler on the Sanforiser
  • Maintain the Yarn stock, replenishing stock that is low
  • Any other duties deemed necessary.
