Are you an experienced Production Operative looking for a new challenge in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Elevation Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established manufacturer based in Leeds to recruit a dedicated and reliable Production Operative.

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production line while maintaining high safety and quality standards. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and collaborate with laser machine operators
  • Pick materials and prepare them for production
  • Load and unload machines safely and efficiently
  • Conduct quality and quantity checks on products
  • Pack and label finished items accurately
  • Keep workstations and factory areas clean and hazard-free

Skills & Experiece:

  • Proven experience as a Production Operative or within a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift truck experience (valid licence preferred)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Manual handling experience
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to support various production tasks
