Production Operator – starting rate £12.00p/h – Bramley, Leeds, (LS13 4TY)

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our production processes. You will be responsible for producing high-quality GRP components and tooling and maintaining quality standards as part of the process.
Note: Standard working hours Mon-Thu: 7am to 4pm (includes 20 min paid break and 30 min unpaid lunch), Fri – 7am to 1:30pm (includes 30 min unpaid lunch).

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate processes/produce parts according to SOPs and safe working practices.
- Perform quality checks of your own work as described in SOPs.
- Halt production if there’s a product non-conformance and notify the Production Leader.
- Identify, remove, and segregate defective products.
- Participate in lean manufacturing and process improvement activities when needed, to ensure we operate as an effective manufacturing team.
