It might sound a little unbelievable, but our partner, who does just this, has experienced continued growth across the north of England since 2016 and are now looking to hire an experienced operations or administrative professional.

Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will be varied and wide-ranging and will include:

  • Opening and managing legal files on behalf of lawyers based across the UK
  • Managing compliance, including AML and KYC
  • Helping to review and redesign administrative and compliance processes to ensure everyone, both lawyers and operations, are working as effectively as possible

As the right person for this role you pro-active, excel in a varied and ever changing job role, and you are an experienced administrator. You are highly organised, demonstrate good and fair judgement and have a genuine commitment to excellent customer service, both internal and external. You don’t have to have legal industry experience, but you should have excellent communication and IT skills, and a strong motivation to learn and adapt.

You don’t have to be crazy to work here, but it helps. And you’ll have more fun.

This is a part-time of full-time role, with a minimum of 20hrs per week onsite based just outside Leeds city centre. There is free onsite parking and the option to agree a hybrid working arrangement if working more than 20hrs per week.
