We're looking for a dynamic Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to be a key player in shaping financial strategy and performance. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting commercial finance to shape future revenue and profit expectations.
  • Leading the production and analysis of the monthly forecast.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to drive improvements in financial performance.
  • Owning key reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contributing to high-quality board reporting and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Playing a key role in the end-to-end budget setting process and supporting ad hoc projects, including potential M&A activity.
  • Collaborating with the wider business to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
  • A recently qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with likely up to two years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a passion for driving financial performance.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • A proactive mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement, automation, and process simplification.
  • Power BI or similar skills would be a distinct advantage, as the role involves leveraging data to enhance decision-making and insights.
