Commercial Finance Analyst£35,000 - £45,000Contract, 12 MonthsLeedsWe are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to support the Commercial Finance team, acting as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments.The role involves maintaining the commercial sales database and using it to deliver accurate business insights and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities• Financial Reporting: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Address queries from sales teams• Business Forecasting: Assist in generating accurate customer and product forecasts, supporting long-term planning, budgeting, and quarterly reforecasting• Data Maintenance: Ensure data integrity, update for new products, price changes, and promotions• Month-End: Post sales and margin data, assist with reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and support monthly Board reports• Business Partnering: Work closely with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure financial controls and budget adherenceIdeally looking for:• Advanced Excel skills• Strong analytical and presentation abilities• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar analyst role would be advantageous • Sage & Exceedra experience is a plus• AAT or CIMA part-qualified preferredIf you are interested in Commercial Finance Analyst please click apply and we will be in touch should you be a fit for the role!
