This is an exciting time to join the team and be a part of the transformation of finance and the FP & A function, supporting long term sustainable growth enabled by technology and data.

In the role your will:

* To be responsible for managing the organisation, co-ordination and consolidation of the budgeting and forecasting process. Including creating and communicating timetables and templates loading budget and forecast data into the consolidation system.

* To ensure that budgets and forecasts are in line with UK IAS or other relevant reporting standards.

* Business partnering with the Group's IT function. Providing financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and commercial advice to the Group's IT Director and across the group, including India, Turkey and Centre business units.

* Provide support to the Group by financially evaluating significant business activities across the Group, such as acquisitions, fund-raising activity or major capex projects

You will be a qualified accountant - ideally also with some experience also in both reporting and treasury

* Strong commercial skills, providing practical and innovative solutions

* Strong communicator, confident liaising with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels from all functions.

* Confident to challenge and be proactive, with a flexible, hands-on approach.

* Competent and experienced in working under pressure in a challenging and changing environment.

* Confident in reviewing data and making recommendations as a result.

* Resolves problems effectively and efficiently.

* Ability to identify opportunities to add value.

* Ability to drive performance, make decisions and act on own initiative.

* MS Excel skills to a good standard.
