The role of FP&A Analyst is based in West Yorkshire with a hybrid work model of 2-3 days per week.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified professional (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with experience in the Food or FMCG sector, though this is not mandatory.
Key responsibilities include preparing management account variance analysis, managing budgets, and engaging in financial planning and process improvements.
This position involves significant business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to identify cost reduction opportunities and enhance financial efficiency.

Role: FP&A AnalystLocation: West Yorkshire (2-3/Week Hybrid)Salary: £45-55K + BenefitsOur client is a leader in the British Food / FMCG space and is seeking a highly commercial FP&A analyst to join their team. This will be working with several teams to drive analysis and involve some business partnering.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of management account variance analysis, including P&L and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts.
Undertaking ad hoc financial modelling projects.
Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
Implementing process improvements.
Engaging in financial planning.
Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and financial efficiency.

Essential Experience:

Qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
Food / FMCG experience (Ideal but not necessary)
