About the role:

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic financial plans.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in financial planning.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts.
  • Support the department in financial analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Support the Finance Manager in ad hoc tasks as required.

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Part Qualified or Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant commercial experience
  • Proficiency in financial accounting
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
