BDM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join a well-established estate agency branch in Leeds. This exciting opportunity offers access to fresh leads daily, unlimited opportunities for remortgaging existing clients, and the chance to work on high-value mortgages up to £850,000.
Main Duties:
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients across Leeds as the sole Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in the branch.
- Work closely with a team of introducers, receiving new mortgage leads daily.
- Offer remortgage services to an extensive existing client base, delivering first-class service.
- Handle mortgage and protection enquiries nationwide, though you will primarily cover the Leeds area.
- Proactively contact existing clients to review their mortgage and protection policies.
Key Skills:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
- A strong track record in mortgage sales, whether from a tied, independent, or banking environment.
- Excellent knowledge of mortgages and protection products.
- A clean credit history and full UK driving license are required.
