You’ll be responsible for offering fee-free mortgage advice to clients, helping them secure the most suitable mortgage and protection products to match their financial needs. The role provides access to a steady stream of leads, so no self-generation is required.Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert, impartial mortgage and protection advice to clients.
  • Assess clients’ financial circumstances and eligibility to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Compare mortgage and protection products across multiple lenders and providers.
  • Stay informed on the latest mortgage products, regulations, and industry updates.
  • Follow strict industry guidelines to ensure compliance and appropriate advice.
  • Maintain clear communication with support, administration, and protection teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

The Mortgage and Protection Broker Package

  • Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Employed).
  • Commission: £10k banked validation, 40% on earnings over that.
  • OTE: £90,000 - £100,000.
  • Work Model: Hybrid - work predominantly from home with branch appointments.
  • Administrative Support: Dedicated Client Relationship Manager.
  • Leads Provided: No self-generation required.
  • Quarterly Advisor gatherings.
